This was the first leg of the foreign part of the Trumps’ longest trip to date since his inauguration as the nation’s 45th President. (They had made a stop in Honolulu on Saturday. There, President Trump thanked American troops at the U.S. Pacific Command and paid his respects at Pearl Harbor.)

The President’s current trip is actually the LONGEST TRIP to Asia by an American President in more than a QUARTER-CENTURY!

As written at WhiteHouse.gov: “President Trump will utilize this trip to demonstrate the Administration’s commitment to the Indo-Pacific region and to strengthen U.S. alliances and partnerships. The President will address a wide array of strategic issues with foreign leaders, including the North Korean nuclear threat.”

There are three main goals for the President’s trip:

  • STRENGTHENING INTERNATIONAL RESOLVE TO DENUCLEARIZE NORTH KOREA
  • PROMOTE A FREE AND OPEN INDO-PACIFIC REGION
  • ADVANCE AMERICAN PROSPERITY THROUGH FAIR AND RECIPROCAL TRADE AND ECONOMICAL PRACTICE

During President Trump’s trip to Japan, he will meet with Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko and conduct working meetings with Prime Minister Shinzō Abe and other Japanese leaders to reaffirm America’s unshakeable alliance with Japan as it faces the North Korean nuclear threat.

After his time in Japan, the President will head to South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines.

According to WhiteHouse.gov:

“President Trump plans to use this trip to build on the work that his Administration has already accomplished. The Administration’s efforts to deny terrorists’ safe havens, cut off their funding, and discredit their ideology have contributed to great accomplishments, including the liberation of Raqqa and Mosul, the opening of a new counter-finance center in Riyadh, and a historic speech by Saudi Crown Price Mohammed bin Salman calling for a return to moderate Islam. President Trump will take full advantage of this trip to build on this positive momentum and reaffirm the importance of a free and open system where all independent nations are strong, sovereign, and free from the threats of terrorism, coercion, and nuclear war.”

As the plane landed in Japan, they looked out witnessing a MIRACLE, seeing hundreds of military troops eagerly awaiting President Trump and First Lady Melania! Many were military families and service men and women.

As the two stepped off the plane, they were immediately greeted, then they quickly walked over to and greeted the hundreds of people before the speech he gave to troops at Yokota Air Base in Japan. The hundreds of people awaiting were smiling, waving, cheering and very happy.

*The media lies and covers up the true emotions of how people feel about our wonderful President and First Lady.*

The president loves meeting and spending time shaking hands, taking pictures and signing autographs with the military. There is no denying his love for our men and women in uniform.

We are so thankful that God has chosen Donald Trump to stand in front of the world as our President and leader of the free world. God Bless President Trump now, always, and while he’s abroad overseas fighting for America.
