Erin Brockovich, the famous whistleblower, environmental activist, consumer advocate, and the subject of an Oscar-winning film, ripped our leaders including President Joe Biden over the train derailment in eastern Ohio

She said: “I don’t trust the EPA testing; they’re talking out of 2 sides of their mouth-they say they didn’t find any air contaminants within the limits they’re looking for, that says to me that doesn’t mean you didn’t find it.

“Do you really have enough information to call ‘all clear’? There just seems to be a big gap, a lack of transparency, smells like a coverup—what the hell is going on? If you don’t know what the hell is going on you need to tell the community I’m not sure what the hell is going on.”

“It’s just a kick in the gut when a community finds out once again, yeah, our local, state, and community leaders don’t have our back.”

She called out Biden saying”:

“Doing better than your predecessor, is not doing enough.

“The Biden administration needs to get  more involved in this #PalestineOhio  train derailment now.

“We are counting on you to break the chain of administration after administration to turn a blind eye.

“STEP UP NOW.”

She also said:

“This is why people don’t trust government.

“You cannot tell people that there has been and continues to be hazardous pollutants contaminating the environment while at the same time saying “all is well.”

“And if you live in Palestine OH understand that Superman isn’t coming but you’re there.

Trust your instincts.

Document everything you see.

Band together as a community & demand answers.

Organize a citizens committee.

Demand a town hall.

Keep the eyes of the nation on this.

“The key is to keep the pressure and the cameras on. Once they pack up and leave the eyes of the nation turn elsewhere, like Flint.

“Once that happens officials relax and so the efforts to help these communities.

“Need to keep the heat on and the relevant information flowing.”
